Request or Question: I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 to request the following information from your council.Please may you provide me with:Details of the number and names of all primary and secondary schools in your council area which have applied for and are working towards or have been awarded an LGBT Youth Scotland Schools Charter.I would also like to know the cost of a Charter per school.

Peebles High School June 2018 received Silver Award

The sum of £36,775 was paid to LGBT Youth Scotland in each of the last three financial years (£14,775 in grants/commissioned services and £22,000 for charter work in schools). Unfortunately we are unable to provide the cost per school as it is not held. Therefore we refer to S17 of FOI(S)A 2002 and declare that the information is not held.
