Request or Question: I would like to formally submit the following FOI requests:1. How many electric vehicle charging points have been installed in the local authority to date?2. How many electric vehicle charging points does the authority plan to install in the next 12 months?3. How much does the council plan to spend on installing electric vehicle charging points in 2022/2023 (as GBP and as a percentage of overall budget)
Response: 1. 23 operational and 4 in the process of being installed.
2. Unfortunately Scottish Borders Council does not hold the information you have requested and therefore we give notice under 10(4)(a) of EI(S)R 2004. The Council is not able to give a figure at this point as we do not know what, if any, grant funding we will receive.
