Please be advised that GE Associates have been instructed by Kier Group and its subsidiaries; in relation to all domestic Council tax and Non-Domestic Business Rates rating matters. Please see our letter of authority attached for your information.Some Billing Authorities wish to treat this as an FOI request, if so; Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000:- However please do refer to the LOA attached showing that this is a client and they are in agreement with us receiving this requested information.For both NNDR and CtaxA) Can you please confirm if your Authority in both the council tax and business rates department holds accounts either live or closed for Kier Group or its Subsidiaries listed on the attached LOA (Yes or No will be fine but please specify NNDR or Ctax).
B) Please advise if you have any accounts that currently have credits, write-on's, or rate overpayments held on account for Kier Group and its subsidiaries in relation to all domestic Council tax and Non-Domestic Business Rates rating matters (Yes or No will be fine but please specify NNDR or Ctax).
If yes;
B1) Please provide the account number, full account name, full account address including postcode, occupation dates start and end, the amount of credit due. (Ideally provide data by excel)
For NNDR only,
C) Please provide a list of NNDR accounts where Kier Group or its subsidiaries has been responsible since April 2020, please list any reliefs of allowances that have been granted along with start and closed date (if relevant), address of the property and account number and write to address
D) Please confirm that covid retail relief has been applied on all accounts which are listed as show homes/ flats etc and or marketing offices/ suites etc. (Yes or No will be fine)
D1) If the answer to C is NO please provide the account number, full account name, full account address including postcode, occupation dates both start and end dates, amount charged and if any exemption has been granted (please state which exemption). (Please provide data by excel)
