Request or Question: Please can you send me any policy documents related to security or disaster management plans for archives and libraries in your area? Electronic versions sent to my email address would be ideal.
Response: Scottish Borders Council do not hold any plans specific to libraries or archives, there is a major incident plan for Disaster management for large scale disasters but that is not intended for the "security or disaster management plans for archives and libraries" it is a wider overarching plan for threats to life, the environment and human welfare. Therefore we refer to section S17 of FOI(S)A 2002 and declare that information is not held.
