- I wonder, instead could you exchange 'households' for 'accounts'. So, for 2021-22, as of 31 March 2022, would you be able to answer the FOI questions please? In particular, question 1. IMT Response We would be able to confirm how many households/accounts currently have a balance outstanding for 2021/22 if that would help?

- Based on our records as at 12 July 2022, I can confirm that we have 4,839 accounts with an arrears balance outstanding for 2021/22.
