Under FOI I would please like to know the following:-The number of homes available for social housing in the local authority.-The number of homes available for social housing in the local authority that have an EPC rating of C or better.
Response
Scottish Borders Council became a stock transfer authority in 2003 and therefore hold no housing stock, we give notice under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 2002 the information requested is not held.Information relating to the housing providers in the Scottish Borders Area can be found at the following link.
