Request or Question: Please may you provide me with:1* A copy of any project plans associated with the implementation of Microsoft OneDrive in your organisation2* A copy of any project plans associated with the implementation of Microsoft SharePoint in your organization3* A copy of any audit reports (to determine the effectiveness of your IT Service Desk or IT Helpdesk) undertaken on your IT Service Desk or IT Helpdesk between 2018 and the present day.
Response: 1. Implementation has previously been undertaken by our IT Service provider

3. The service desk has is provided by our IT Service provider. No such review has been undertaken.
Scottish Borders Council outsourced the Council's IT provision to CGI in 2016 and therefore confirm that Scottish Borders Council hold no information and give notice of S17 of FOI(S)A 2002.
