In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I would be grateful if you could comply with the following request.1) Please provide me with the list of elements or criteria you look for when determining whether a child needs a Child Plan's in place for the provision of additional support2) Please provide me with examples of the type of information or evidence you use when determining whether a child needs a Child Plan's in place for the provision of additional support
Response
1) This information is included within the Child's Planning Manual – A practitioner's guide to Getting It Right for Every Child in the Scottish Borders on the council website.
2) The Child Planning Manual is for all children within Scottish Borders. A child's plan is required where targeted intervention is required as outlined within the Child's Planning Manual.
