Request or Question
I would be grateful if you could please provide me with a complete and up-to-date list of all properties that have received Fresh Start Relief, since its inception, from 01/04/2018 and to date. Where possible I would be grateful for the following -
- Ratepayer
- Property Address
- Post Code
- Assessor Reference Number
- Rateable Value
- Fresh Start Amount
- Date of relief
I appreciate that properties where the ratepayer is an individual would be excluded from my request. In such cases, please provide the remaining information with the Ratepayer either blank or listed as 'individual'.
Response
The requested information is detailed on the attached spreadsheet, information relating to sole traders or private individuals has been redacted as this is personal information and therefore exempt under S38(1)(b) FOI(S)A 2002. Please note that a small number of properties that have previously received Fresh Start Relief have now been removed from the Valuation Roll and therefore the current rateable value is shown as null. These properties have been highlighted yellow on the attached spreadsheet for ease of identification.
