I would be grateful if you could please provide me with a complete and up-to-date list of all properties that have received New and Improved Relief (Business Growth Accelerator relief), since its inception, from 01/04/2018 and to date. Where possible I would be grateful for the following -
- Ratepayer
- Property Address
- Post Code
- Assessor Reference Number
- Rateable Value
- New and Improved Relief / Business Growth Accelerator Relief Amount
- Date of relief
I appreciate that properties where the ratepayer is an individual would be excluded from my request. In such cases, please provide the remaining information with the Ratepayer either blank or listed as 'individual'.
Response
The requested information is detailed on the attached spreadsheet, please note that information relating to sole traders or private individuals has been redacted as this is personal information and therefore exempt under S38(1)(b) FOI(S)A 2002.
