2. The financial cost of damage on buses as a result of anti-social behaviour in your local authority in each of the last five financial years (including 2023-2024)?
Response: 1. Unfortunately, Scottish Borders Council do not gather or retain the information you have requested. Therefore, we refer to s17 of FOI(S)A 2002 and declare that the information is not held.

2. The damage is not recorded by Scottish Borders Council. This would be recorded by the individual operators whose vehicles were damaged for insurance purposes.
