Service ~ Dry recyclate - Glass - contract SBC/CPS/1688 - Shared contract between five authorities. Services for Angus, Dundee, Perth and Kinross and West Lothian began on 2 April 2018 , Scottish Borders joined on 1 May, 2019. Both extension periods taken up. Sibelco acquired Viridor's glass processing facilities June 2021. As at October 2023 a tender has yet to go out.
