Request or Question: 1. The website links to the public register information which is outlined in the following document:approved_policy_statement (scotborders.gov.uk)12.1.3. The Council will maintain a public register of short-term let licence applications and licences granted. This will allow members of the public to check the licensing status of a premises being used as a short-term let.2. How often is the Short Term Let Public Register updated?
Response: Unfortunately, due to IT issues the public register is not yet on the STL webpage. Licensing Officers are currently addressing these issues with a view to ensuring that the public register is available to view without too much of further delay. Thereafter the STL public register will be updated every three months. Therefore, we give notice under s17 of FOI(S)A 2002 and declare that the information is not held.
