Response: Scottish Borders Council are unable to provide the details requested as the Council does not have any social housing stock as we transferred it all to Scottish Borders Housing Association in March 2023. All the social housing in Scottish Borders is owned and managed by 9 Registered Social Landlords. Therefore, we refer to S17 of FOI(S)A 2002 and declare that the information is not held.
