Request or Question: 1. Do you currently use the Water Direct Scheme to recover water and sewerage debt?2. If no, are you planning to use in the foreseeable future?
Response: 1. We do not currently use this scheme to recover water and waste water charges.
2. We have no formal plans to introduce the Water Direct scheme although this is constantly being reviewed and considered.
