Can I request a list of residential properties within your Council area that have Domestic water Charges and Domestic waste water Charges showing on council tax records please.
Response
Please see the attached spreadsheet which is based on our Council Tax records as of 15 January 2024.Please note where a property has a connection to both Water and Waste Water services, the property will be listed twice.
For clarity, this list contains all properties with a gross charge for public water services. Some properties may be exempt from paying this charge, for example if the property is solely occupied by students a full 100% exemption will be applied.
