3. Since January 2019, how many vehicles have been issued with PCNs for parking outside the lines of the on-street electric vehicle charging bay? We do not issue any Penalty Charge Notices On Street as the Council only patrol the Off Street Pay and Display car parks therefore we give notice under 10(4)(a) of EI(S)R 2004.
