Please can I have a fleet list of all road vehicles currently operated by the Council that are owned, leased or hired. Please include any vehicles that are operated by companies controlled by the Council.
For each vehicle please provide the following:
*Registration Number;
*Fleet Number (if applicable);
*Make and model (e.g. Ford Transit and Mercedes Sprinter);
*Department the vehicle is allocated to (e.g. Homes and Communities, Environmental Services);
*What the vehicle is used for (e.g. refuse collection, housing repairs);
*Where the vehicle is usually based;
*Date the vehicle was first registered with the DVLA; and
*Date the vehicle entered service (if different from the date of first DVLA registration);
Please also include details of any vehicles that are owned by the Council but used by third parties (for example charities and youth clubs).
Can you also include details of any vehicles that are owned by third parties but are numbered into your fleet for purposes such as fuelling, insurance and maintenance.
