What was the council s cost structure for electric vehicle charging on 1st April in each of the past five years?
Response
2024: Rapid Charger - 0.60 per kWh. Fast/Slow Charger - 0.30 per kWh. 1 minimum charge on all sessions over 2kW consumption. 45 minute maximum stay on all Rapid Chargers, 1 per minute overstay fee (max 20) kicks in after 55 minutes (maximum stay + 10 minute grace period).
