None, fleet replacements are now system generated, manufacturers are not agreed to prior to the completion of procurement exercises such as tenders, mini competitions etc.

5. Total Number of vehicles with vehicle tracking / telematics installed? 159
6. Who is the Telematics system provider? Webfleet and Ram Tracking
7. Contract budgets, length of contract, expiry date and annual spend, for telematics and camera systems? Pay as we go, no fixed contract. 30936 per annum.
8. Details of all safety-related incidents in the last five years?
There have been 85 Health and Safety related incidents recorded involving fleet vehicles within the Council since 20 May 2021. The vast majority of these were Minor RTA incidents. Data is not held pre-May 2021 therefore we give notice under 10(4)(a) of EI(S)R 2004.
