Response
Homelessness statistics are publicly available on the Scottish Government website at Homelessness statistics - gov.scot (www.gov.scot). The statistics include Children In Temporary accommodation by local authority.
As the information requested is otherwise accessible via the public domain it is therefore exempt under Section 25 of Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
For October to December 2023, we have just submitted these figures to the Scottish Government. These will be published within the next 12 weeks and will be available to view on the link above also.
As this information shall be available publicly the following exemption applies S27 of FOI(S)A 2002 Information Intended for Future Publication.
