FOI Request for 1) Building Standards Acts; 2) Housing and Environmental Health Acts and 3) Planning Acts
We contacted you on 18 October 2023 and requested the below information and received no response, can this requested information now be backdated 25 July 2022:-
1) Statutory/Enforcement Notices served under the Building (Scotland) Acts;
2) Statutory/Enforcement Notices including Closing and Demolition Orders served under the Housing and Environmental Health Acts and
3) Statutory/Enforcement Notices served under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Acts and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act.
We are looking to update the records we hold and wonder if you can please send us a further update of the above Acts to cover the gap between the date stated above to the present day. If this can be sent to us in a Word or Excel document please that would be appreciated.
We require details of reference number and the address of the subjects affected by the Notice.

3) The requestor should search for statutory notices served under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Acts and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act through the Public Access Portal by clicking on the following link. The requestor should use the Advanced search function and click on the Enforcements tab. They can tailor their search within a defined date range and notice status using the drop down menus.
