In August 2023 the Borders Railway Reference Group was set up Chaired by SBC and I would like the following info.-
1-Who is the Chairperson and if there is a Vice Chairperson who are they?

2-On what date in late Aug. 2023 did they hold their first online meeting?

3-Who were all the participants in the meeting and were there any apologies for absence?

4-Who are the complete list of members of the group?

5-Was there a representative from Campaign for Borders Rail present online in the meeting and if so who were they?

6-Is the next meeting scheduled yet and if so can you tell when it is?

7- Can I get a copy of the Agenda for the meeting held in late Aug. 2023 of the group?

The Chair of the group is the Council Leader Councillor Jardine.
It is expected that the Deputy Council Leader Cllr Hamilton would Chair the meetings if Councillor Jardine was unavailable.

The first meeting of the group was held on 24 August.

There were two representatives from Campaign for Borders Rail at the meeting. The two members that attended were Marion Short and Peter Heubeck.
The next meeting is currently being scheduled.
