In relation to the C11 Old Gala Water near the entrance to Blackhaugh FarmCould I kindly ask for a copy of your road maintenance checking schedule and a statement to say when the road was last checked prior to the pothole repair that I believe was repaired around the 9th January 2024.
In addition if I could get the results of the maintenance check that led to the repair that would be much appreciated.

See attached copy of the confirmation email to advise of the repair to the defect in question, plus the inspection report prior to the incident, a reactive ticket and the jetpatch repair confirmation for the C11.
