Request or Question
Current Council policies, procedures or guidance about licensing of sexual venues and sex shops (however described). Please also supply previous versions, if any, in force between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2023. 2. Motions to or resolutions by Council or committees about licensing of same, during the same period.
3. Any application for any licence of the same description, made or determined in the same period, together with representations, submissions, or objections, by the applicants, police, public or otherwise; minutes of any decision made by the licensing committee and any statement of reasons for it.
4. Any writ, summons, petition or other initiating document served on the Council in respect of any grant or refusal of such a licence, raised or disposed of in the same period.
5. Copy final interlocutors for any appeal or judicial review in any court, in relation to the grant or refusal of such a licence, raised or disposed of in the same period, and any note or judgment from the court.
