The current licensing position at Floors Castle to be simplified, to incorporate the two existing licensed areas (Gift Shop and Terrace Café) and the addition of the Courtyard Café (and adjacent courtyard) into one licensed entity, with variations made to the existing licences and operating plans for the Gift Shop and Terrace Café, to update and bring into line with existing Licensing Board Policy.
