- The premises are a holiday park comprising of the central “Retreat” building within the Forest Holidays Glentress Forest location near Peebles, together with 56 self contained guest cabins. The primary licensed activities shall take place with the Retreat building. The Retreat building consists of grocery shop offering retail of convenience goods including alcohol for purchase off sale, as well as bar and seating area, toilets and back store areas. The premises also has an external decking area. Residents of the cabins may order “welcome hampers” for delivery to their cabins, which may include alcohol. In addition, residents may rent draft beer machines and glassware. This enables residents to “home” pour drinks for their own consumption within the cabins.
