Internal reviews
As part of Fit for 2024, we will be undertaking a consistent review across every service to ensure we are structured in a way which can meet future demands.
This means every aspect of how we deliver will be under intense scrutiny and subject to change:
- structure
- management
- workforce
- business processes
- productivity
Job roles, team structures and pay scales will be reviewed in order to make necessary changes to embed consistency and flexibility across the organisation.
This will be sponsored by each Service Director but will be led by an objective review team which includes officers from key corporate services and other non-service specific challenge.
