Customer Advice and Support Service
Phonelines will be open with reduced hours. Outwith these times, the emergency out of hours number 01896 752111 will operate.
Contact Centres/Library Contact Centres will be open on limited days between 23 December and 3 January.
Waste and recycling collections
There will be no household waste and recycling collections on 25 December or 1 January, with alternative arrangements in place.
Some changes to collections on 26 December and 2 January are also in place.
Some trade waste collections are also affected.
Community Recycling Centres
All Community Recycling Centres and Waste Transfer Stations will be closed 25 and 26 December and 1 and 2 January.
Christmas trees can be taken to any Community Recycling Centre for composting.
Public toilets
All public toilets will be closed on 25 and 26 December and 1 and 2 January.
