Statement on Planning Portal downtime

Due to the recent downtime experienced as a result of programmed maintenance to our Public Access Planning Portal, a 7-day extension has been granted for written representations on live applications.

The extension applies to the statutory 21-day neighbour notification period.

Please note this extension only applies to applications where representations were being accepted during the period when the portal was unavailable (30 July to 6 August).

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the planned maintenance, which was an essential and significant upgrade and unfortunately took longer to complete than originally had been anticipated.
