Due to ongoing NHS Contact Tracing we have a small number of home care staff who are receiving precautionary testing. These employees will not be working until negative test results are received
Contingency arrangements are in place to ensure continuity of service provision. This may mean you receive a different carer to normal
We are confident in the compliance of staff with all necessary PPE guidance, particularly as staff received a very recent briefing on this matter
As is always the case, the need for precautionary testing of service users will be considered but is not being proposed presently
As a further precaution at this time, SB Cares is asking if you would be willing to wear a face mask during carer visits to your home
