Streamlining jadu complaints

We are considering some options for streamlining how complaints are handled in the Jadu system.  We would find it extremely useful for managers to give us feedback on these options. We are also looking for your feedback about your skills and knowledge in relation to the Complaints Handling Procedure and available training. 

We have created a short survey for you to complete and we have included a section at the end for you to feed in your thoughts on any other areas where you would like to see improvements or changes. 

Your answers will be considered, and proposals for change will be taken to CMT.
