Using this form

Use this form to upload evidence of a Ukraine Family Scheme visa.

This will allow us to update our Council Tax records, and award any relevant discounts or exemptions.

You will need to provide:

  • Council Tax account number (if known)
  • names of each person providing a visa and whether they are over the age of 18
  • address details
  • an upload of the visa

This form will timeout after 20 minutes inactivity.
