The construction of Pines Burn Windfarm requires components such as towers and blades to be delivered to the site. The components are being transported on vehicles travelling through the Borders by road, at times at low speed.
Every effort is being made by Energie Kontor to keep any disruptions to roads and road users to a minimum. Delivery of the components is already in progress and, at this time, is likely to continue into November.
