Employability training
Employability training provides individuals with the skills and qualifications needed to succeed. These training programs cover areas such as employability, personal development, core skills, and customer care. Training can be delivered individually, in small groups, or within a workplace environment, across the whole of the Scottish Borders.
By working closely with employers, individuals can engage in workplace tasters, interact with employers during engagement presentations, and access unique opportunities, which may only be available through our services.

I feel more confident in myself, and it was thanks to that, I was able to move on to Employability Training, which helped me learn more about the workplace and gain qualifications.
