Specialist supported employment
Support to find and sustain paid employment is available to people of working age, with additional employment barriers. We can support with job-searching, assisting with the application process and interview skills.
Furthermore, the service offers in-work support and, in accordance with the equalities act, can assist employers in ensuring appropriate reasonable adjustments are in place where required.
Ukrainian community support
A Ukrainian speaking Employability Worker is available to support the Ukrainian community to help find, gain and sustain employment.
Supporting those with criminal convictions
A dedicated Employability Worker is available to support individuals who have convictions into employment, playing an important role in reintegration into society, economic independence and assisting in reducing the risk of reoffending.
