Specialist supported employment
Support to find and sustain paid employment is available to people of working age, with additional employment barriers. We can support with job-searching, assisting with the application process and interview skills.
Furthermore, the service offers in-work support and, in accordance with the equalities act, can assist employers in ensuring appropriate reasonable adjustments are in place where required.

Ukrainian community support
We have dedicated support available for the Ukrainian Community. A Ukrainian speaking Support Worker is available to help find, gain and sustain employment.
“The Ukrainian Support Worker gave me the confidence to apply my existing skills into the current job market. I am always pleased to meet with the worker as she is supportive and enthusiastic. I will definitely recommend this service! My next goal is to set up a small business where I can contribute to the local community".
