Welfare checks
Once you’ve moved in to your new home we’ll visit you to make sure you’re safe and well. We also aim to carry out welfare checks during the first few months. We may also ask our colleagues at British Red Cross to carry out these visits.
You’ll be able to tell us about any needs or concerns you have and we’ll do our best to help.
Adult or child concerns
If at any time you and your family don’t feel safe you don’t need to wait for the welfare checks.
We have child protection and adult protection services that you can contact, who’ll be able to provide advice and support.
Our domestic abuse and advocacy service is also available to help anyone experiencing domestic abuse.
