Adult Social Care mobile - update 9.8.21
We are currently finalising the plan to rollout new iPhones to all Home Care staff. This phone replacement project is the first stage of a wider piece of work to improve working tools for all mobile workers in SBC.
In the coming weeks you will be contacted by your manager to arrange a time for you to bring your existing phone into the office to be replaced with a new iPhone SE. Please ensure that you erase any photographs, contacts or other personal data on your existing phone prior to its replacement as content will not be transferred.
Your new phone will be a managed corporate device, this means that it will have access to a wide range of new functions including:
- Microsoft Teams
- Yammer
- Lone Worker Protection
We will not start using these functions though until everyone has their new phone so there will be plenty of time to get used to any new systems.
