Total Mobile South, West and Central teams - update 21.2.22

Colleagues,

Following on from our initial communication, we are now in the process of cleansing and uploading data for the South and West regions to Total Mobile. This will allow us to ensure all information is captured correctly and accurately for yourselves and service users. We will then be in a position to continue working with Assistant Homecare Managers to ensure that visits will be scheduled effectively in Total Mobile.

CGI are continuing to work with staff in the South region initially to resolve any issues with your iPhone SE devices and get you activated onto Total Mobile. Following completion of the South area, colleagues from CGI will attend locations in the West area to work with staff and get this task fully completed. Please look out for further information which will be provided by your Assistant Homecare Managers over the next two weeks with times for you to attend to get your devices updated and activated.

Once all staff are activated in Total Mobile we will begin testing schedules for these areas ahead of go live. It is critical that this is undertaken thoroughly to ensure the project is a success.

Go-Live

Subject to final approvals, we are planning for Total Mobile to go live in the South and West areas on 22 March 2022. 

We appreciate that this new method of working may be a significant change, and we do ask that you help support us during this change and we will do everything possible to support you. 

We will have trained, experienced staff available to support you during the initial period following Go-Live for any issues you may encounter. The system functionality has been tested thoroughly by our Assistant Home Care Managers to ensure that the system and processes will work for you, our clients and our back-office staff.
