Total mobile - update 25.10.21
The Total Mobile project is still progressing with user testing, we have now run through all scripts to test the system functionality and our AHCM’s are now doing scenario testing to ensure the system is fully optimised in advance of go live. We are scheduled for some training sessions week commencing 25 October which allow more staff to view the system functionality and how it will change the way you work. We are aiming to establish a train-the-trainer approach for Total Mobile, with staff being selected who will then become the trainers for you. Our SBC area Digital Champions will be undergoing Mobilise training, and it is envisioned that they will become your key point of contact if you experience any issues on your device, or if you require some further guidance.
Go live
It is expected that following the completion of the User Testing, and once training has been conducted, we will be close to the position to go live. We are anticipating that we will go live with the East Region from 8 November 2021. We appreciate that this will result in a dynamic shift in how work is distributed to you, how work is scheduled by managers, and how visit information is obtained, but we are confident that you will find the system delivers the benefits we expect to you, our key staff. Further information will be provided to staff in advance of this go live date, including information such as accessing and utilising Total Mobile.
We will continue to keep you up to date with how the project progresses, and it is expected that new Teams will be setup in Microsoft Teams over the coming week, which will allow us to distribute more information in a quick, efficient and effective manner.
