Total Mobile - update 3.11.21

In anticipation of Total Mobile going live, it is critical that all Home Care staff in the east region check that their new iPhones are ready. This involves two steps.

Step one

  • your work iPhone must have the most up to date software version (iOS v15)
  • to check this, click on Settings/General/About. You will see that the second line on this screen says Software Version, click this
  • if your software version start with a number lower than 15, you will need to upgrade it
  • from the Settings/General/About screen, click General at the top left, then click Software Update and Download and Install
  • to upgrade you will need to be connected to Wi-Fi, this can be at home if you have Wi-Fi or in a work office

Step two

  • you need to log in to Total Mobile for the first time
  • click on the Total Mobile app icon
  • if you are asked for Site Details enter sbc
  • log in as follows:
    • username: your employee/payroll number
    • password: use the password shared on the SMS you received

That is all you need to do for now. If you have any problems with this, please let your manager know as soon as is possible.
