Safe Hub Lone Worker Safety Solution - update 1.3.22
Colleagues,
We are now able to progress with the roll-out of Safe Hub Lone Worker Safety Solution, provided by Total Mobile. This solution will allow you to raise alerts; either yellow or red, dependent upon the situation, to provide reassurance to you and improve your safety whilst working in the community. We will provide some example scenarios of when you should use which alert on the SB Cares Staff website over the coming days.
In the next few days, you will receive a welcome email from Total Mobile or Protect with your login details for Safe Hub. Once you have received your details, please open the Safe Hub app on your iPhone SE device and carefully enter:
- the server code
- your mobile number
- the three digit pin
This information is all available within the welcome email.
Once you have logged into the Safe Hub app with the above information you will automatically be live in the Safe Hub system, and it will be available for you to use as required.
